CK (Character Kill) Tickets are a method to request an attempt on a character's life. We always recommend connecting with a player directly, or in tickets, but in certain cases this can be difficult. If you cannot manage it on your own, we can assist you with these.
isgood: I have been robbed repeatedly by the Highway Bandits. I wish to end the leaders' life and stop their terror.
isgood: Someone my character loves has been threatened. I will not let this slide idly by. It is them or me.
isgood: I want to take over this city and my political motivations outweigh my moral compass. I wish to kill the king to become the king.
isbad: I heard about a guy who killed someone in discord, I play a paladin so I want to kill them
isbad: I hate Dave and I want to end his character.
When you open a CK Ticket, the victim will always be asked if they permit it and who has opened the ticket against them. You may decline a CK Ticket for any reason.
If a CK Ticket is accepted by the victim, you will be given a set time-frame to execute a plan against them. If you fail to execute the plan within that set amount of time, the ticket is forfeit.
If your target escapes, avoids death, hides, or otherwise evades your attempt on their life during the execution of your plan or attack of opportunity, the ticket is forfeit.
No admin assistance will be given whatsoever to help you execute your plan. Admin characters will not join you. Admins will not set up an event for you to do so. Every aspect is up to you.
///
Consequences:
If you open a CK Ticket and it is accepted, even if you fail to execute your plan, your character is no longer able to deny a CK Ticket against them. You will be informed it is open and who has done so, but you are obligated to accept it. Rerolling/New Character will reset this.
If your CK Ticket request is denied by the potential victim (or even multiple are), you are not obligated to accept future CK Tickets. You may deny them as you see fit.
If the person you are targeting in your CK Ticket manages to get the upper hand on you and knock you out in your fight or in the execution of your plan, you are obligated to perish should they demand it. They could forgive you, if they choose.
CK Tickets being granted do not give permission to RDM. You must roleplay before combat as with any other scenario in the server, unless agreed to OOC.
Note: Killing a character by mutual agreement, random incident or a method other than a CK Ticket does not apply CK Ticket consequences to your character. The rules listed here are only intended for this particular system.
